When you sign-up to have a web site hosted by Realm-Net Hosting, it is necessary
to collect some personal information from you. Personal information provided to
Realm-Net Hosting when signing up for an account is used only for establishing the
account, for billing, and to contact you in case of a problem.
Personal information is not shared with outside organizations in any way.
Realm-Net Hosting does not intentionally solicit personal information from
minors.
When you sign-up for an account with Realm-Net Hosting, we will
confirm your application by emailing it to the email address you listed on the
sign-up form. Once you have confirmed your application, and we have received your
payment, we will set up your domain and notify you via email. If you do not reply
to the confirmation / first billing email, or you do not send your payment, we
will not contact you again, nor will we set up your account.
After your account is set up;
- We will email a reminder when your next payment is due.
- We will email you if you appear to be in violation of our Terms of Service
or our Acceptable Use Policy.
- You may receive a system generated email if your site or one of your users
is close to reaching the capacity allotted.
